Cancellation Policy
At Slayy Beauty, we understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure we provide the best service and accommodate all of our clients, we have a cancellation policy in place:
- 24-Hour Notice Required: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your spot to another client.
- Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, the deposit will not be refunded. However, in some cases, we may allow the deposit to be applied toward a rescheduled appointment at our discretion.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit. Habitual cancellations may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
